The User Management page is where roles will be assigned to invite new users, remove users, set roles, or update roles.
Roles
The TaxBit Dashboard has Role-Based Access Controls. What a user has access to within the platform is determined by the role they were assigned.

Accessing User Management
The User Management page is accessed through the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Please note: Only users with the User Admin role can access User Management.
Now viewing the User Management page, you should see a table of all of the users who have successfully onboarded onto the Dashboard, their email addresses, and their assigned roles.
From this view, you are able to invite new users, edit an existing userβs role, or remove users from the Organization.
Inviting New Users
To invite a new user, select the Invite User button and a modal will appear.
Input the email of the user you wish to invite, and select the Role you want them to have.
Please note: Multiple roles can be applied if needed. As more functionality is added, this will allow for more granular access control where a user could have access to the full platform, but still not be able to view full TINs.
Additional Note: Inviting users by an email alias is currently not supported. For example, if a user is officially john.doe@example.com in your Identity Provider, but also uses an alias of john@example.com, the invitation will only work if sent to the official email of record in your IDP.
Once the invite is sent, the invited user can expect to find an invitation email with instructions to complete their onboarding.
Once the user accepts the invitation and completes onboarding, they will be in the Dashboard and ready to explore.
