When attempting to download a report or form from the dashboard, are you not seeing the download complete?
- Some users have experienced issues where their browser recognizes the download path as a popup and it subsequently blocks the download from completing.
- After clicking the download button, look for an alert or pop-up icon in the right side of the address bar in your browser. Click this alert and select the Allow option and your download will complete.
