How do I indicate in the TaxBit Dashboard that acceptable curing documentation has been obtained?
Once acceptable curing documentation has been obtained, the issue can be resolved within the TaxBit Dashboard:
- Login to the TaxBit Dashboard – https://dashboard.taxbit.com
- Locate the appropriate account
- Navigate to the submitted tax document
- Review the issue which requires curing documentation
- Confirm that acceptable curing documentation has been obtained
Once this has been completed, TaxBit’s Digital W-8/W-9 product will update accordingly.
