Export the Account Owner/Account Export
The Account Owner / Account Export is a template that is pre-populated with the current information on file for the filtered accounts in the table (e.g., name, address, TIN, etc.). This export is properly formatted to be ingested into our platform, which allows for quick changes to the extent any updates are required.
Step 1: From the Eligibility page, select the tax form and tax year from the top-right drop-downs.
Step 2: Filter to the necessary accounts.
Step 3: Select “Export” from the top right of the Eligibility table.
Step 4: From the next window, select the checkbox next to “Account Owner/Account Export”.
Step 5: Select "Export" from the bottom.
Ingest the Account Owner / Account CSV
After editing the "Account Owner/Account Export" template with the necessary corrections, you will need to ingest it to update the account information and then regenerate the tax forms.
Step 1: From the Ingest page, select the “Accounts” file type from the top.
Step 2: Select the necessary account template from the drop-down.
Step 3: Select “Download Template” from the right to download the account data template.
