Please see below for an overview of what the Delete Page can be used for, what restrictions apply, and what to expect when working through a deletion. For the full step-by-step process, please refer to the following guide: How to Delete Data
The Delete Page allows your team to remove existing data from the Dashboard by uploading a CSV file with the relevant IDs for the data you want to delete.
This page can be used to delete transactions, accounts, or account owners, as well as form data, depending on the file type selected. Note that this page does not allow you to delete tax forms (e.g., Forms 1099) or tax documentation (e.g., Forms W-8/9). Please refer to the following guide if you need to delete generated tax forms: How to Delete Forms
Please note: Deletions completed from this page permanently remove the associated data from the Dashboard.
Available Actions
The following can be done from the Delete page; however, if you simply need to update information for any of the following data types, we’d suggest re-ingesting the data via the Ingest page. As long as the ID is the same when ingesting, the data will update accordingly. For more information on ingesting data, please refer to this guide: How to Ingest Data
